Oliver Dale specialises in providing expert advice to private families in health, safety and wellbeing and takes a holistic approach to supporting your personal and team safety and security.

Having worked across Europe and established and run operations in South America and currently working with a broad range of cultural sensitivities, he has developed systems and networks designed to discreetly and seamlessly manage private family safety systems.

Growing up in a rural environment Oliver cut his teeth in the London financial district before working in Australia, South Africa and Chile. Returning to the UK in the early 2000s, Oliver has since majored in developing bespoke systems for Ultra High Net Worth individuals.

Oliver recognises that his clients want to feel safe, comply with local legal requirements and maintain a loyal, reliable and discreet team around them. Keeping that team well and secure is the key to maintain a stable and comfortable private environment for the family. Oliver works closely with a dedicated in-house team and a network of carefully vetted and approved contractors who provide a range of tailored services.

Katie Franklin

Katie specialises in the development and implementation of Safety systems within private house and estate environments. Having gained considerable experience as a House Manager for a UK based UHNW family with extensive international travel, Katie then went on to work closely with senior members of several leading families across a number of continents, experiencing and adapting to the cultural sensitivities, etiquette and nuances appropriate to each of those households.

Katie helps each of her clients to understand and adapt to the requirements of UK safety law and to put practical, discreet safety management systems in place for their house and estate staff. This includes an informal discussion of the legal framework through to a more structured audit where that is required, with support with individual staff including the establishment of HR systems and processes, to foster good team relations or to deal with those difficult situations that do arise from time to time.
